Improve employee skills

We place importance on "thinking and creating by ourselves," which is one of our management philosophies. In 2017, we established the Monozukuri Training Center to enhance our in-house training programs. All employees are also actively involved in acquiring qualifications and participating in external training and study groups. Our company fully supports the cost of such training.
